CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The Ross County Board of Commissioners is scheduled to open bids for the Ross County Jail Security Upgrades Project and hear from a Public Works Commission representative on a flooding emergency at its Tuesday, Oct. 13, meeting, according to the board’s published agenda.
The agenda, distributed by the commissioners’ clerk, lists the meeting convening at 9 a.m. Commissioners and county administrator business follows at 9:30 a.m.
Brian Kelley of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Forestry is scheduled at 9:45 a.m. ADAMH is listed at 10 a.m.
At 10:30 a.m., Nick Rose, a program representative with the Public Works Commission, is listed under the heading “Flooding Emergency.” The bid opening for the jail security upgrades project is scheduled for 11 a.m.
The agenda lists a budget review session in the afternoon, with Engineering at 1 p.m., IT at 1:30 p.m., and Commissioners at 2 p.m. The agenda shows no items between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
