Investigators identified David Estrada, 22, as the suspect, police said. Estrada fled in a silver Honda and led officers on a pursuit of nearly 30 minutes, police said, before the car crashed on U.S. Route 33 near Sugar Grove.

A police aircraft spotted Estrada walking through a neighboring field, and officers on the ground moved in to arrest him, according to the department. The department thanked the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance.
