CLEVELAND — The two right lanes are blocked on Interstate 71 northbound beyond Interstate 480 because of a crash, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation, via God’s Eye Ohio.
ODOT listed the highway as restricted at that location on Tuesday morning, Oct. 27, in Cuyahoga County.

A God’s Eye Ohio camera at I-71 and Puritas Road showed a long line of stopped and slow-moving traffic at 8:24 a.m., and a second camera at I-71 and West 143rd Street showed traffic moving on the approach north of the scene at the same time.
